Cleveland, OHIO (April 2, 2013) – Marcus Thomas, a $130 million integrated marketing communications firm based in Cleveland, named Jennifer Hirt-Marchand, Jamie Venorsky, Jim Sollisch, Lori Hedrick and Todd Morgano as the agency’s newest partners.
The five officers will continue in their current roles, while also joining the agency’s current five-member management-ownership team to direct the company’s organizational development initiatives, operational activities and long-range planning for the firm. The appointments, effective immediately, will ensure continued success within the agency’s team-driven business model and facilitate the agency’s integrated approach to communications, according to managing partner Jim Nash.
Hirt-Marchand joined Marcus Thomas in 1995 and serves as senior vice president of research and process. Venorsky and Sollisch are both senior vice presidents and creative directors, joining the firm in 1999 and 1989, respectively. Hedrick has been with Marcus Thomas since 2001 and serves as vice president of human resources. Morgano joined the agency in 2011 and is director of public relations.
