Cleveland, OHIO (January 10, 2013) – Advertising agency Marcus Thomas, Cleveland, has recruited Raphael Rivilla as vice president, media and connections planning, agency-wide. Previously Rivilla was SVP, chief digital officer at digital and direct response marketing agency BKV Atlanta, responsible for digital media on accounts including AT&T, Equifax and DS Waters, among others.
