The Role: 
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, energetic Accounts Payable Specialist. This candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing and payment of company bills, while also working within the Accounting community of practice on other important accounting and bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices with accurate allocation to client jobs, open POs or the agency’s general ledger accounts
  • Analyze invoices and apply use tax where applicable
  • Enter and upload invoices into agency’s accounting system
  • Review and process employee expense reports
  • Maintain accurate records and necessary documentation of vendor information and W-9 forms
  • Process year-end 1099 forms to all required vendors
  • Assist with process improvement of the Accounting department’s commitment to going paperless
  • Other responsibilities as the Accounting department evolves

Requirements

  • Accounts payable experience preferred

The Role: Digital Media Planner

We’re seeking a successful self-starter with at least three years of direct media planning experience. The Digital Media Planner is the agency’s primary daily contact with internal client teams. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to function independently in a variety of areas, while keeping key leaders informed on the status of projects.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on media experience in Programmatic, CTV/OLV, Native a must, paid social experience a plus.
  • Experience working in Google Marketing Platform and related products
  • Experience working in GCM, Trade Desk and/or DV360
  • Coordinates the planning and execution of digital advertising programs for specified clients to meet documented media objectives, key performance indicators and budgets.
  • Consults with account management, creative, account planning, media and others, when appropriate, to develop strategic solutions to clients’ objectives.

We’re seeking a successful self-starter with at least five years of direct digital production experience to join the creative team. The Digital Producer should be able to juggle multiple plans and projects across a variety of clients and possess a desire to provide out-of-the-box solutions to unique challenges. We’re looking for a team player and lifelong learner in search of their next step.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a digital producer or directly related experience 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills to be able to work with our North America-based distributed teams, client teams, vendor partners and LATAM-based development team
  • Knowledge of servers, domains and content management systems, and ability to provide recommendations of each based on circumstances

The Role: Paid Search Specialist

We’re seeking a successful self-starter with at least two years of direct paid search experience to ideate and deliver paid search strategies. They will also provide complete management of paid search campaigns against defined success metrics and measurable ROI. Planning and developing campaign structure and strategy and conducting performance analyses are also functions/components of this position. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Management and Leadership

  • Oversee development of paid search program strategies and analyses for clients.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management, execution, budget pacing and monitoring of SEM campaigns.
  • Manage junior search marketing staff with a focus on development and education of associates.
  • Manage and meet internal and external client expectations, as well as deliverables and deadlines.

JOB SUMMARY

 

The ideal candidate for this position will have a combination of deep technical knowledge in Salesforce technologies and the ability to offer best-in-class consulting to Devs United’s clients. As the Senior Technical Consultant to the client, your job is to gather and translate technical requirements to the rest of the project team for development and ensure the quality of the overall solution.
